Our Pressure Control department within our workshop facility accommodates Wellheads, Xmas trees, Blow Out Preventers, Pipeline Valves, Process Plant Valves and associated components. It also has the advantage of machining and heat treatment facilities for in-house repairs.

The facility is capable of API PSL 3 & 4 gas testing, under water up to 15000psi. In addition, Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 25,000psi is well within our capabilities and all accredited to API 6A and 16A.

Onsite services such as installation and retrieval of tubing hanger plugs, nitrogen testing and wellhead / choke manifold refurbishment and recertification are only a few of the site services that we offer.

The recent addition of the ASME approved Pressure Safety Relief Valve test unit, allows ADOS to assemble, test and certify Safety Relief Valves to ASME UV. Common sizes of PRVs are held in stock.
